We've made it through another winter and spring is officially here! Stop by this month for building gardens, planting seeds, acquiring trees, and (as always!) growing community with us

Come join us on April 4 at 7PM to watch David Lynch’s classic Mulholland Drive! A surreal tale of unrequited love, amnesia, and the film industry, some people have gone so far as to say it’s the best film of the 21st century. Is it? Come hang out to watch weird movies and we can chat about it afterwards!

The Rhizome House will be hosting a free native fruit and nut tree distro on Sunday, April 6, 3pm - 5pm!! The intent of this project is to help native plant populations recover in a world ravaged by capitalist agriculture, climate catastrophes, and habitat loss; to support community, collective, and anticolonial projects; and to spread food security in our communities. Native fruit and nut trees that will be offered are paw paw, hazelnut, persimmon, american plum, and elderberry. Priority will be given to collective projects, people from red-lined neighborhoods, and folks planning to share the bounty.

Monthly community check-in with Pride in the Heights!

Join us for an evening of collective creation in support of local artists and @dahnounmutualaid, a grassroots initiative dedicated to sustaining community through direct support, resource-sharing, and collective care in Gaza, Palestine, rooted in the belief that liberation is a practice of mutual being.✨ Featuring:🎨 Art & prints from local artists//Raffle for Dahnoun📚 Anti-imperialist literature & zines (Rhizome House is tabling here!)🥘 Food & drinks🎶 Music & atmosphere🎭 Interactive community art display. Free local poetry event with poetry pamphlets and sliding scale paintings for sale

Trans Resource & Aid Collaborative (TRAC) is a monthly social space to make friends, exchange resources, and build trans community in greater Cleveland. Organizers are welcome to share announcements, but this program will focus on community resources and connections.
