Gardening Moves to 1pm & QMAC Cancelled
We have two changes to the upcoming schedule on Sunday, May 18th.
- QMAC (Queer Martial Arts Club and Self Defense) has been CANCELLED.
- Garden Day will begin at 1pm on Sunday NOT 12pm.

What do you do when the stock market crashes, the banks run out of money, and your boss refuses to give you a raise? That’s right folks, you stop paying rent. Join us Sunday May 18th as we finally welcome RENT STRIKE, supported by touring bands Helga Pataki, Dirty Harry, and Cle locals Death Mattress. 7 - 8:30PM | Healthcare Access 101 | The US healthcare system is completely fucked! It's driven by capitalist greed, and it's intentionally complicated! So how do we access professional care? Come to the Rhizome House on Tuesday, May 20th from 7 - 8:30pm. This workshop will introduce the basics of US health insurance, collaboratively discuss tips and tricks to accessing care, and help complete your Medicaid application, if applicable. Everyone is invited to bring & share their knowledgable and resources at this collaborative event. If possible, please BYO laptop if you plan to complete a medicaid application.

Nourish and Flourish Cleveland | 1 - 3pm | Our sessions will involve hands-on activities where attendees learn about food sustainability through cooking, preserving, pickling and canning. We will be using induction stoves to boil materials, preparing ingredients on-site, and engaging participants in the full cooking and preservation process.
